Over 15 years ago, I made a promise to myself to help others reclaim and restore their health, rebalance and optimize their endocrine and hormonal systems, and revive their energy, libido, and zest for life. I also vowed never to return to that dark place and to assist anyone who seeks help with their health.

Throughout my life, I have been passionately immersed in the ever-evolving fields of health, anti-aging, hormonal balancing and restoration, nutrition, and fitness. As a former high-level collegiate athlete, I constantly pursued the next level of performance and strived to become the best version of myself. Now, I want to assist YOU in achieving the same. I have undergone training and research, experimenting on myself and successfully treating my patients, clients, family, and friends.

With over 18 years of experience as a medical provider in the healthcare field, I have worked diligently to diagnose and treat patients with various medical conditions and diseases. Many of these ailments are the result of a sedentary lifestyle, poor dietary and lifestyle choices, and widespread misinformation. Since day one of my career, I have been driven to do everything within my power to treat and prevent these conditions from afflicting my patients, loved ones, and friends. Furthermore, I am compelled to share the most accurate and reliable information with my patients, families, and now with YOU.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I am a dedicated husband to my wife Laura and a proud father of two daughters, Rozalyn and Ainsley. As an overall life enthusiast, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, weight lifting, playing the guitar, Latin dancing with my wife, and embracing the beauty of the beach and the outdoors.
